SCHC Advisors is a consulting firm founded and led by Sophia Copeman. She has over 13 years' experience with clients spanning the non-profit and public sectors.

Prior to joining the international executive search firm, Perrett Laver, she worked for organisations such as the Foreign Press Association, Oxford Analytica and the House of Lords. 

Before founding SCHC Advisors in 2023, Sophia was Partner & Global Head of the Social Impact and Environment Practice at Perrett Laver. She played a key role in building the business across North America and into Latin America from 2018 to 2023, spending much of that time based in New York City. 

She is Chair of the Board at the Margaret Pyke Trust, a unique global NGO embedded in the human health, biodiversity and climate sectors. She also volunteers as an Employability Mentor with Refugee Action, and locally in Brighton and Hove on environmental projects. Sophia holds a BA (Hons) from SOAS, specialising in Middle Eastern History; and went on to complete an MPhil in International Relations at the University of Oxford, specialising in international law and the rights of Palestinian refugees
